水产品输华准入流程：
1. 出口国官方主管部门（如渔业部）向中国海关总署提出书面申请（表达想向中国出口水产品的意愿）；
2. 中国海关总署提供问卷；
3. 出口国回答问卷、提交相关材料；
4. 中国海关总署对答卷等材料进行评估；
5. 必要时，中国海关总署派专家组赴出口国实地考察；
6. 双方磋商签署水产品输华检验检疫要求议定书（确定允许输华的水产品品种）；
7. 双方确认输华水产品卫生证书样式。

The approved procedures of aquatic products export to China：

1. The official competent department of the exporting country (such as the Ministry of Fisheries) shall submit a written application to GACC (expressing the intention to export aquatic products to China);

2. GACC provides questionnaires;

3. The exporting country answers the questionnaire and submits relevant materials;

4. GACC evaluates the answer and materials;

5. If necessary, GACC shall dispatch a team of experts to conduct on-site inspections in the exporting country;

6. Both parties shall negotiate and sign the Protocol on Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for the Export of Aquatic Products to China (determining the types of aquatic products allowed for export to China);

7. Both parties confirm the format of the hygiene certificate for aquatic products exported to China.
